  5. **Service Guarantees:** **B&M Cleaning** strives to deliver high-quality services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours for a review and possible re-clean.

  6. **Liability:** **B&M Cleaning** is not liable for any damages or losses that occur during the provision of services unless caused by negligence or misconduct.

  7. **Access to Premises:** The client must ensure that access to the premises is available at the scheduled time. Any access issues may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

  8. **Health and Safety:** B&M Cleaning adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations. The client must inform us of any potential hazards or special requirements.

  9. **Confidentiality:** We respect your privacy and will keep all information about your property and personal details confidential, except as required by law.

  10. **Insurance:** **B&M Cleaning** maintains appropriate insurance coverage. However, clients are encouraged to secure their own insurance for high-value items.

  11. **Service Modifications:** Any modifications to the service agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

  12. **Termination:** Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or other contractual obligations.

  13. Dispute Resolution:** Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as specified in the service agreement.

  14. **Force Majeure:** **B&M Cleaning** is not liable for any failure to perform services due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or severe weather.
